Sunday Inspirations…Create in Me
When I don’t know what to pray and even how to pray, my soul reaches deep to Psalm 51:10-12. Here my soul is rested and grounded in the Lord.
Create in me a clean heart, O God;
and renew a right spirit within me.
Cast me not away from your presence;
and take not your holy spirit from me.
Restore to me the joy of your salvation;
and uphold me with your free spirit.
On Mother’s Day, 2008, I launched a meme entitled Sunday Inspirations. In honor of my Mother, this meme was created to get help get us through the week ahead, the trials we may face, and yes, to say Thank Ya and testify! I hope those of you visiting Sojouner’s Place, 2 will consider participating and sharing your Sunday Inspirations. Your weekly contribution may very well be the inspiration that someone else may need and has been looking for.
